With 25+ years leading corporate Supply Chains at companies of all sizes (from start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations), we have personally felt the pain and pressure of Supply Chain challenges. This firsthand experience has driven us to create a new kind of consultancy. Oakmont Supply Solutions began as a solo-practice dedicated to helping small to mid-sized businesses build better supply chains – minimizing red tape while maximizing revenue and profit. It was quickly apparent that businesses of all sizes appreciated our practical approach and we needed to expand – fast. There was only one person that came to mind – Rachal Jordan.
Rachal and I have known each other professionally since 2018 (I actually started out as her client) and she was one of my biggest champions when starting Oakmont. In fact, she was one of my first clients! We found ourselves having long discussions about creating solutions for our customers, changes that need to happen in the Supply Chain industry and our desire to effectively train industry leaders on best practices. Basically – we had the same vision – make Supply Chain best practices accessible and easy to understand for businesses of all sizes. We ultimately decided that passion for Supply Chain excellence, our vision and ideals as consultants aligned so well that we decided to go into business together.
