Meet Jill Kirchgatter

Jill is our in-house expert for demand management & demand planning for emerging and small- to mid-size brands. Throughout her 25-year career in the supply chain industry, she has worked with many brands such as with Coca-Cola: Fairlife, Vitamin Water & Smart Water and Honest Tea as well as Kraft/Nabisco brands such Duncan Hines and Oscar Mayer. One of her specialties is integrating small brands into big companies with a focus on delivering an accurate and comprehensive demand plan while collaborating with top executives to ensure organizational alignment. As a previous board member of ASCM (formerly APICS), Jill has a deep knowledge of supply industry best practice and a unique ability to apply it regardless of circumstance. This enables Oakmont Solutions to predict possible issues and implement solutions at a service level for customers before it could affect the customer.
