During her 12 years in corporate Supply Chain, Rachal held leadership roles at Kraft-Heinz, Target, Global Tranz, BlueGrace Logistics and Tip-Top Proper Cocktails. She has extensive experience in managing distributors like McLane, UNFI and C&S and also leading large accounts with Costco, Amazon and Walmart.
As the former COO of a major emerging cocktail brand, Rachal innately understands the pressure and importance of the decisions made by emerging brands in their early growth stages. Simply put, she gets it. Rachal’s superpower is her ability to apply best in class Supply Chain strategies (as seen in her Fortune 50 experience) in an adaptable and realistic way for emerging and small businesses, who are often facing resource-constraints.

I live in the Clarkston, MI area with my husband and two young boys. I’m an avid football fan, DIYer, lover of red wine & love to cook.
